Frequently Asked Questions - DAILY DINNER TINGKAT DELIVERY

We deliver to postal Code starting73, 74, 75, 79, 80, 79, 54, 53, 82, Choa Chu Kang, Bukit Panjang, selected Jurong  postal codes,  Bedok area.
For other areas, you may call us at 6443 5723 to enquire before placing an order.

We deliver from Mondays to Fridays. No delivery on Public Holiday and weekends. 
We will count the days of your ordered package on the number of days we have successfully delivered.

Delivery timing starts from 3:00pm - 6:00pm only, No Lunch delivery.

There will be no fix timing on each location as it depends on daily volume, traffic and weather conditions.

All our meals are served in disposable food containers.

Changes are not allowed for 5 days and 10 days trial period.
For 20 days package, changes are allowed with applicable $20.00 ($21.40 w/GST) admin fee. (e.g change of pax, menu choice)

For postponement of meals, 2 days advance notice is required, max limit of 2 postponements per week.

 

 

 

Once payment has been made, there will be no refund should you wish to terminate the service.

yes, we do with an applicable service charge of $10.00 ($10.70) per submitted order/per package ordered.
